Your room will be confirmed once you complete registration. CAA Amplify Summit will cover room fees and all applicable taxes for two nights (Monday, June 9th and Tuesday, June 10th). Upon check-in at the resort, attendees will be asked to provide a credit card for incidentals.
Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly for reservations, special requests, adjustments, or stay extensions. All requests and changes must be made directly with our team by emailing amplify@caa.com.
CAA Amplify will begin with a welcome cocktail reception and dinner at 6PM on Monday, June 9th and conclude with breakfast on Wednesday, June 11th.
A complete schedule with additional details will be made available in the event app a few days before we gather. It will include session times, speakers, attendee bios, and other details to ensure that you have a productive Amplify experience.
Because programming is fluid, we will not be able to release a full schedule or event details in advance.
All daytime programming is business casual. Cocktail attire is suggested for evenings.
Temperatures typically reach the mid-seventies during the day and mid-fifties in the evening. Some meals will be held outdoors, so we recommend light sweaters and jackets.
